When I want to talk about HRT she is my go to person if possible. She listens understands and is totally understandable with suggestions of treatments.

A fabulous doctor who I have seen on a couple of occasions for myself and children. Always very easy to communicate with any concerns and acts in such a timely manner. Always very reassuring and on this visit especially feel action was taking quickly and decisively.

The patient access booking system app works effectively. I received a prompt callback from Dr Mitchell. After taking a thorough history she advised on the appropriate test required. Following a detailed discussion regarding the most appropriate antibiotic & resistance she prescribed the most suitable antibiotics. I was able to collect my prescription a short time later. I feel so fortunate to be a patient at this practice-they should use their excellent model of care to help other GP surgeries improve patient experience.

Dr Mitchell introduced herself and then did checks to ensure I was fit and well to receive both my Flu Jab and Covid19 2nd booster.As always Galletly was very well organised and slick through put.
